I don`t think it sucks! The shading is very well, especially on the "bending" part of the orca, the part behind his dorsal fin (am I explaining what I mean properly lol?).
I also like the fact, that most of the picture is empty, it fits it`s mood somehow. Doesn`t appear like you were lazy or something. The water bubbles are awesome in my opinion, did you draw them yourself or did you download these somewhere?
